Right of Withdrawal (14‑Day Return Right)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within
14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you
(other than the carrier) received the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me with a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision
to withdraw from the purchase.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs
(except additional costs resulting from choosing a non‑standard delivery method), within 14 days
from the day I receive the returned goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
No fees will be charged for the refund.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to me without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you
inform me of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
This means that all return shipping costs must be paid by you (the customer).
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary
to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom‑made or personalized prints,
- digital downloads once the download has begun.
